In his 16 years of experience in the Real Estate industry, David Macaluso has consistently navigated the process of buying and selling homes through an honest and personal approach. He focuses every transaction on the importance of integrity and not letting pride get in the way of either side of the negotiation.

David grew up in Huntington, Long Island and has lived in Manhattan for over two decades where has resided in various neighborhoods such as Morningside Heights, Inwood, and Hamilton Heights with his rescue dog, Nacho.

Because of his innate passion for creating the most accommodating living spaces for others, outside of Bank Neary, David enjoys working on interior design projects for his friends. He is a proud member of Broadway Cares – Equity Fights AIDS, the Crossing Paths Animal Rescue, and the ASPCA.
