As a native New Yorker, Fred Di Maio has been a part of New York city’s real estate industry since 1983. He has sold a wide variety of property including condos, co-ops, Manhattan townhouses and private houses in the outer boroughs. Fred is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York and the National Association of Realtors. He has also sold real estate on Cape Cod and holds a Massachusetts Real Estate Broker’s license, is a member of the Massachusetts Association of Realtors and the Cape Cod and the Islands Association of Realtors. Through many years of experience in business he has developed fine interpersonal and negotiating skills.
Having Lived in Greenwich Village, the Upper West Side and the Upper East Side, Fred knows the City like the true New Yorker that he is. He is a graduate of Trinity School, and holds degrees from Gettysburg College and New York University.
Fred and his family reside on East End Ave. and have a second home on Cape Cod. They and their two Welsh Terriers especially enjoy Carl Shurz Park and the neighborhood’s strong sense of community.
