Born in Windsor, Ontario, Canada, Nuah is a dual Canadian and US citizen and has been residing in New York for the past 17 years. He spent his first three years living in Morningside Heights whilst pursuing his Masters degree and for the remaining 14 has been a steady resident of Manhattan’s Upper West Side.

His passions include working out, exploring the expansive food and arts scene and taking in the incredible architecture of this beautiful city. Over the past 17 years he has acquired a keen understanding of the various neighborhoods of Manhattan and the surrounding boroughs. He is also an original member of Citibike when it first launched in 2013.

His success in Acting in television, film, Off-Broadway and regional theaters has helped him adapt to working with new team members, performers and crew. With the help of his strong listening and observational skills he hopes to land his clients exactly the kind of space they seek, whether it be a pied a Terre, a bachelor pad, a family apartment or townhouse, a country house upstate or an escape in the Hamptons.

Nuah holds an Honors Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto where he double majored in International Relations and Drama and minored in Spanish and also a Masters of Fine Arts Degree in Acting from Columbia University. He is proud to be a member of Screen Actors Guild (SAG-AFTRA) and the American Equity of Actors (AEA). Currently he splits his time between New York City and Palm Beach.
