David Drake has pragmatically guided his customers through the experience of buying selling and leasing real estate for more than 17 years.
For sellers and landlords he provides all the assistance necessary to maximize their property's potential, to ultimately obtain the highest price, and to get the best return on their investment and to do so in the quickest achievable time. He concentrates on meeting as many of his buyers' desires as possible, so they feel content and confident that they made the best choice at a fair price.
He values honesty above all else and looks for the correct answer when he comes across any unfamiliar situation. David believes that success in real estate stems from effective communication, understanding people’s needs, and empowering clients with the knowledge that they need to make informed decisions.
When David moved to NYC in 1994, he fulfilled a lifelong dream. He chose The Kensington House in Chelsea because of its prewar charm and location and considers it his forever home. There he is a resident specialist having completed dozens of transactions in the building. He is extremely grateful for finding such an ideal home and is committed to helping others reach that same milestone.
David started his career in NYC managing complex technology projects and has a strong command of information systems. Those skills enable him to capitalize on the internet-driven service industry of real estate and optimize results for his clients.
Outside of the office, David is a member of the gardening committee for Kensington House and has a passion for classic cars and practicing his culinary skills.
