Over the years, Fred has developed a level of maturity and holds a high degree of sophistication about the real estate industry and the various trends it undergoes. He also prides himself for always being able to create nothing short of a holistically satisfying experience for his clients through every step of the buying and selling process.
Fred earned his Master’s of Arts in French from New York University and has developed a strong familiarity with the city over the years by living in Greenwich Village, Central Park West, and Yorkville.
Outside of Bank Neary, he is a proud father of two Welsh Terriers and enjoys collecting antique art. He has also owned a home in Cape Cod since 1994 where he spends a lot of his down time over the summer.
